App works great, is easy to use. Support team is very helpful as is the setup video online. Has been a consistent integration and was great to try it out a few times via the free version, however for any meaningful quantity of tickets needing to sync between Salesforce and ADO/JIRA you’ll need to get the paid version for sure because of the limits of the free version. Regardless, anytime I’ve ran into a problem their support team was awesome and very responsive and knowledgable as well. Once set up correctly, runs great!

Using this app for both ADO and JIRA integration. Configuring the connector is very easy and quick. Even if there are some obstacles or issues support is always helpful and provide help within hours! Nothing more to be added here — this can be setup within a day and gives you amazing functionalities.
