Our story

From Salesforce experts to a product company.

Founded on 1 August 2018 in Chennai and now working across India, the UK and the USA, ADL Solution began as a team of certified Salesforce engineers solving the same problem over and over for our customers: Salesforce was rarely talking to the rest of the stack.

Support tickets lived in Zendesk. Engineering worked in Jira and Azure DevOps. IT ran on ServiceNow and Xurrent. Teams burned hours copying data between them by hand.

So we decided to solve it for good — and turned our services expertise into a product. Today ADL Solution is a product-led company built around ADL Connect, backed by 15+ Salesforce certifications and years in the field.

What we build

ADL Connect — the sync engine for Salesforce.

One native AppExchange app that turns Salesforce into the connected hub of your business. Install it, map your fields, and let records flow both ways — automatically, in real time.

Real-time, two-way sync

Create, update and comment in either system and watch it mirror instantly in the other — no manual re-keying, no stale data.

Native & secure

Runs inside the Salesforce trust boundary — named credentials, field-level security, encryption and audit logs out of the box.

Configure, don't code

Point-and-click field mapping, filters and rules. Your admins own the integration — no consultants required to change a mapping.

Connect everything

If your team uses it, we want to connect it.

We started with the tools that matter most to Salesforce teams — and we're not stopping. Every integration below is a promise: to keep expanding until every system your business runs on speaks fluently with Salesforce.

Our Mission

Make Salesforce the connected hub of every business.

No data silos. No swivel-chair between tabs. We build products that let information flow freely between Salesforce and every system a team depends on — so people spend their time on customers, not copy-paste.

Our Vision

Every tool, speaking fluently with Salesforce.

A world where connecting a new application to Salesforce takes minutes, not projects — where ADL Connect is the trusted layer that keeps the whole stack in sync, in real time, for businesses of every size.

Why teams choose ADL

Built by Salesforce engineers, for Salesforce teams.

We're not a marketplace reselling someone else's connector. ADL Connect is our own product — designed, built and supported by the people who understand the platform inside out.

Platform-native by design

Certified on the AppExchange and built to Salesforce security standards — it lives where your data already does.

15+ certifications behind it

Every feature is grounded in real implementation experience, not guesswork — deep expertise, shipped as product.

Reliable, real-time engineering

Resilient sync with retries, conflict handling and full audit trails — built for production, not demos.

A customer-driven roadmap
