What our Salesforce & Xurrent customers say
Real teams syncing Xurrent with Salesforce on ADL Connect — in their own words.

Seamless Integration, Excellent Support, and Exciting Features
ADL Connect has been a game-changer for our organization by seamlessly integrating our Salesforce instance with Azure DevOps. Our support teams use the tool to link their Salesforce cases to existing Azure DevOps Work Items, ensuring streamlined communication and better collaboration between teams. What’s particularly helpful is the ability to relate multiple cases to a single bug, which simplifies tracking and resolution processes. ADL Connect continues to exceed our expectations and has become an invaluable tool for bridging Salesforce and Azure DevOps. Highly recommend!

Excellent tool and support
Our company evaluated a number of vendors to establish a connection between Salesforce and Azure, and going with ADL Connect was the clear choice. They responded promptly to our demo request, answered a number of questions from representatives across our business, and continued to provide excellent support as we tested, and ultimately purchased, this tool. I highly recommend ADL Connect if you’re looking for a no-code integration tool.

Have used both for ADO and Jira, 10/10 experience
App works great, is easy to use. Support team is very helpful as is the setup video online. Has been a consistent integration and was great to try it out a few times via the free version, however for any meaningful quantity of tickets needing to sync between Salesforce and ADO/JIRA you’ll need to get the paid version for sure because of the limits of the free version. Regardless, anytime I’ve ran into a problem their support team was awesome and very responsive and knowledgable as well. Once set up correctly, runs great!

Easy to configure and helpful support
Using this app for both ADO and JIRA integration. Configuring the connector is very easy and quick. Even if there are some obstacles or issues support is always helpful and provide help within hours! Nothing more to be added here — this can be setup within a day and gives you amazing functionalities.

Easy Connection for ADO and SF
Once we got everything synced and built, we have not had any issues. Support was a great help to get us up and running and to ensure we had everything we needed. Their help along with the provided materials made syncing ADO with Salesforce a breeze.
Yes. ADL Connect is a managed AppExchange package that runs entirely inside your Salesforce org. There is no external middleware, no separate hosting, and no third-party platform between you and the data. Connections use named credentials, Lightning Data Service, and standard FLS/permission sets.
How is sync triggered — polling or push?
ADL Connect uses secure-inbound notifications from Xurrent, so records hit your Salesforce org in seconds — not on a 5- or 15-minute cron cycle like middleware-based competitors. The connection is encrypted, signed, and audit-logged.
Can I map custom Salesforce objects to Xurrent?
Yes. Map any Salesforce object (Case, Account, Opportunity, custom) to any Xurrent record type using the no-code mapping UI. Field mapping supports standard, custom, picklist and lookup fields. Re-map without redeploying.
What about attachments and comments?
Both sync bi-directionally with full payload fidelity. Attachments (images, PDFs, ZIP, Office docs) stream with size-aware chunking. Comments bridge rich-text formats, preserving @mentions and edit history.
Is there a free trial or free version?
Yes — both. Start with the free tier for basic visibility, or grab the full AppExchange package for a 14-day full-feature trial. No credit card required.
What support comes with the paid plan?
Every paid plan includes direct support from the team that built the app — no tier-1 ticket queue, no reseller hand-offs.
Does it support Xurrent's account hierarchy and trust model?
Yes. Xurrent's account, organization, and trust relationships map directly to Salesforce accounts and parent-child hierarchies. Tickets bridge across the same trust boundaries Xurrent already enforces.
Wasn't Xurrent called 4me?
Yes — 4me rebranded to Xurrent in 2024. The integration works with both legacy 4me tenants and the current Xurrent platform. No configuration change needed during the rebrand.
