What is Azure DevOps connector?

Salesforce Connector allows for bidirectional exchange of information between Salesforce and AzureDevOps

By integrating Salesforce and Azure DevOps, ADL Connect improves coordination between teams. It enables efficient collaboration and tracking as teams work on various customer-centric tasks. The goal of this integration of Salesforce and Azure DevOps is to bridge the gap between Sales, Support, and Engineering and allow teams to work more efficiently towards resolving customer-related tasks.

Salesforce & Azure DevOps integration with SF Connector

Integration

Through deep and rich integration between Salesforce and Azure DevOps, Salesforce Connector improves the productivity of Support Teams as it relates to their customer-centric activities. It helps them improve service-level agreement compliance and customer satisfaction. Its focus on support-centric use cases is key to ensuring that Support teams are efficient in tracking and resolving customer cases through the escalation lifecycle. This focus also distinguishes Salesforce connector from other similar solutions which merely copy data between the applications and fail to target any business problem or serve any constituent with respect to their functional capabilities.

Seamless Integration, Excellent Support, and Exciting Features

ADL Connect has been a game-changer for our organization by seamlessly integrating our Salesforce instance with Azure DevOps. Our support teams use the tool to link their Salesforce cases to existing Azure DevOps Work Items, ensuring streamlined communication and better collaboration between teams. What’s particularly helpful is the ability to relate multiple cases to a single bug, which simplifies tracking and resolution processes.ADL Connect continues to exceed our expectations and has become an invaluable tool for bridging Salesforce and Azure DevOps. Highly recommend!

Excellent tool and support

Our company evaluated a number of vendors to establish a connection between Salesforce and Azure, and going with ADL Connect was the clear choice. They responded promptly to our demo request, answered a number of questions from representatives across our business, and continued to provide excellent support as we tested, and ultimately purchased, this tool. I highly recommend ADL Connect if you're looking for a no-code integration tool.

Aaron Ethridge

Have used both for ADO and Jira, 10/10 experience

App works great, is easy to use. Support team is very helpful as is the setup video online. Has been a consistent integration and was great to try it out a few times via the free version, however for any meaningful quantity of tickets needing to sync between Salesforce and ADO/JIRA you'll need to get the paid version for sure because of the limits of the free version. Regardless, anytime I've ran into a problem their support team was awesome and very responsive and knowledgable as well. Once set up correctly, runs great!

Great Experience!

We have recently implemented this application for an Azure Dev Ops Salesforce integration and have had a very pleasant experience. The tool is very flexible supporting both a 1:1 Case to Dev Ops Work Item model and a many-to-many relationship as well. The support team managing this application is great! they are very responsive and have been willing to walk through all our questions on a call. They even assisted in some customizations in Salesforce to help the tool meet our workflow. I would definitely recommend this tool to anyone looking for a Dev Ops integration with Salesforce
