Why integrate with Salesforce

Disconnected tools cost you deals, tickets and time.

When Salesforce talks to every system you run, your teams stop re-typing data, chasing status updates and working from stale reports. Here's what a well-built integration unlocks.

Break down data silos

Centralize customer, ticket and project data into one real-time view across every platform — so decisions come from a single source of truth, not five exports.

Improve data quality

Field-level mapping and validation eliminate duplicates, typos and out-of-date records. One clean dataset, kept consistent automatically in both directions.

Enhance customer experience

Support sees engineering status, sales sees billing, everyone sees the customer. Faster answers and fewer handoffs redefine how you engage customers.

Automate cross-system workflows

A closed case creates a Jira issue; a deployed fix updates the customer record. Repetitive swivel-chair work disappears into Flow-triggered automation.

Report on everything, live

Engineering velocity next to pipeline, ticket SLAs next to renewals — unified analytics inside Salesforce dashboards, updated in real time.

Stay secure and compliant

OAuth 2.0, encrypted credentials and full audit trails on every sync. Integrations built to pass your security review — not to sneak around it.

Our product · ADL Connect

Skip the build: five pre-built connectors.

ADL Connect is our Salesforce-native integration platform — a security-reviewed managed package installed from AppExchange. Its integration type: real-time, bi-directional sync that runs 100% inside Salesforce — no middleware, no batch jobs, no data leaving your trust boundary.

One sync engine. Five connectors. Live in under an hour. Compare features, pricing and reviews across the full ADL Connect family.
Integration capabilities

Every integration type, covered.

Pre-built connector or custom API build, point-to-point or middleware-orchestrated — we pick the right integration pattern for your stack, then deliver it end-to-end.

Under the hood

How your data flows.

Whichever pattern fits — native connector, direct API or middleware — every integration follows the same principle: secure, bi-directional flow with Salesforce as the single source of truth.

How we deliver

From audit to always-on, in four steps.

Whether it's a one-hour connector install or a multi-system enterprise rollout, every engagement follows the same proven path.

1
Discover

Map your systems & goals

We audit your stack, data volumes and team workflows, then define what "in sync" means for your business — objects, fields, directions and SLAs.

2
Architect

Pick the right pattern

Pre-built ADL Connect connector, direct REST/SOAP API, or middleware orchestration — we recommend the simplest architecture that meets your scale and security needs.

3
Build

Build, map & test

Configuration and development in a sandbox first: field mappings, transforms, error handling and load testing — signed off by your team before launch.

4
Run

Launch & keep it running

Go-live with monitoring, alerting and a real support channel. We tune, upgrade and extend the integration as your stack evolves.

One partner for every Salesforce integration.

Product and services under one roof: the team that builds ADL Connect is the team that architects your custom integrations. No handoffs between vendors, no gaps in accountability — one partner who owns the outcome from first workshop to steady-state support.

Security & data processing

Your data never leaves your own systems.

However many systems you connect, the integration runs inside tenants you already own. We operate no servers, no middleware and no database of our own — so there is no ADL-hosted copy of your data, and no sub-processors touching it.

No ADL servers or middleware

We run no compute, database, queue or relay that touches your records. There is no ADL-hosted copy of your data — and nothing on our side to breach.

Zero sub-processors

Because nothing leaves your own tenants, there is no third party in the processing chain for us to disclose. The list is a nil return — and we will confirm it in writing.

Salesforce security review passed

Our AppExchange managed package clears Salesforce’s mandatory code-level audit — static analysis, dynamic testing and manual review — and is re-reviewed on their cycle.

Your controls still apply

Permissions, sharing rules, MFA, IP ranges, encryption and audit logging all keep working exactly as they do today. The connector inherits your security model.

Full data-processing policy, residency, sub-processor list, DPA position and marketplace review status — written for security and procurement reviews.

Frequently asked

The short answers before you book a call.

Should we use a pre-built connector or build a custom integration?
If you're connecting Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Xurrent or Zendesk, our ADL Connect connectors get you live in under an hour — real-time, bi-directional and Salesforce-native. For ERPs, marketing platforms or in-house systems, we architect a custom API or middleware integration. Most clients end up with a mix of both.
Do we need middleware like MuleSoft?
Only sometimes. Middleware earns its cost when you're orchestrating many systems with heavy transformations. For point-to-point needs, a native connector or direct API integration is faster, cheaper and easier to maintain. We'll tell you honestly which pattern fits — including when the answer is "no middleware".
How long does a typical Salesforce integration take?
An ADL Connect connector installs and syncs in under an hour. A direct API integration typically ships in 2–6 weeks depending on scope. Complex multi-system or ERP programs run 6–12 weeks, delivered in phases so you see value early.
How do you keep integrations secure?
OAuth 2.0 or JWT authentication, encrypted credential storage, least-privilege API scopes and full audit trails. ADL Connect is a Salesforce security‑reviewed managed package — data flows directly between your org and the connected platform, never through our servers.
Can you migrate our historical data first?
Yes. We handle one-time migrations — extraction, deduplication, transformation and validated loads — before switching on ongoing sync, so your integration starts from a clean, complete baseline.
What happens after go-live?
Monitoring, alerting and human support. Connector customers get product updates via AppExchange plus support plans up to 24/7 with SLAs; custom integrations include documentation, handover and optional managed-service support from our team.
