Works as advertised. Very flexible in how it can be used. Our use-case started with the need to 1. create Azure DevOps (ADO) Tickets from a Salesforce Case; 2. Update SF Case from ADO Ticket; 3. Reopen SF Case if ADO Ticket closes; 4. Connect existing ADO Tickets to SF Cases. During the implementation we added the need to have a many-to-many relationship. Ragul from ADL was able to get this implemented in days.

The app was very easy to configure and also received excellent support from ADL. We were able to synch Incidents with Work Items which saved a lot of manual work.

The tool was easy to install with the instructions and video's they provide. Support was already great on providing assistance and walkthroughs. Tool has been up and running with no issues or bugs so far. I would highly recommend it if you want to easily connect ADO to SF.

I am not an actual user of this solution, but i was tasked with upgrading an existing installation to the latest version. Tech Support from this company is outstanding! Their staff is very knowledgeable and their response time for issues is the best I have experienced any ware. Feedback that I receive from actual users is also very, very positive.

App works great, is easy to use. Support team is very helpful as is the setup video online. Has been a consistent integration and was great to try it out a few times via the free version, however for any meaningful quantity of tickets needing to sync between Salesforce and ADO/JIRA you'll need to get the paid version for sure because of the limits of the free version. Regardless, anytime I've ran into a problem their support team was awesome and very responsive and knowledgable as well. Once set up correctly, runs great!

I was tasked with upgrading our connector so I didn't have much experience with this app. But their support was very helpful and took the time to complete the upgrade together and ensure it worked according to our org's needs. The latest version is also very user friendly and easy to configure

We have recently implemented this application for an Azure Dev Ops Salesforce integration and have had a very pleasant experience. The tool is very flexible supporting both a 1:1 Case to Dev Ops Work Item model and a many-to-many relationship as well. The support team managing this application is great! they are very responsive and have been willing to walk through all our questions on a call.
